MAKE-A-WISH TUNA CHALLENGE TOP ANGLER |
| The Richard Thomas Top Angler Award for the 2007
Make-A-Wish Tuna Challenge Tournament, was won by angler Dan Green,
fishing on the "World Cat." Dan and his fellow anglers, members of the
Outer Banks Boat Club, were fishing near the Mushroom Bank in the late
afternoon, about 75 miles from Mission Bay, when he hooked up with his prize winning catch, a 54.9 pound Blue Fin Tuna. Dan's Top Angler Award for his fantastic catch included a 5 Day/4 Night Alaskan Fishing Package for (2) to Anchor Point Lodge, airfare included. He also won a great $1,000 Shopping Spree at Fisherman's Landing Tackle Shop and a gorgeous glass Top Angler Award created by Alpine Stained Glass and Door. |
